HOW TO BOOK YOUR RENTAL
Simply phone us (519-455-6252) or visit our showroom.  Describe your needs and our staff will help you decide which boat is right for you.  Full payment is due upon making your reservation.

THE FINE PRINT

• Full payment is due upon making your reservation.
• A VISA or MasterCard number, or $500.00 cash per boat is required as a damage / loss deposit.
• Renters must sign an agreement stating they are liable for the equipment and responsible for their own safety.
• Damaged, lost, or stolen equipment will be charged to the renter at full retail prices.
• Late penalties will be charged at a daily rate.

CANCELLATIONS
There is a $10.00 non-refundable service charge for any cancellations made with more than 1 days notice.  For example, a boat reserved for a Friday pick up and cancelled on or before Wednesday is entitled to a full refund minus the $10.00 service fee.  If you cancel within 1 day or less of your pick up date there are no refunds.  For example, a boat reserved for a Friday pick up, cancelled on or after Thursday.

• Wildwood Conservation Area (Stratford)

Note that if you are paddling on a river, you will need 2 vehicles, one where you “put-in”, the other where you “take-out”.
