Come kick off the paddling season at our first demo day of 2017. Join us on the water at Fanshawe Conservation Area and try before you buy!

Our demo days are a fantastic opportunity to test paddle any stock canoe or kayak that you are interested in purchasing. Simply give us a call (519-455-6252) and let us know which models you want to try. Our staff will bring all of the necessary gear out to the park for you and assist you with any questions you may have.

Registration is required. Please call 519-455-6252 to register and request the boats you would like us to bring.

Please be advised that although the event is free, there will be a gate fee to enter the conservation area and that you will need to sign a release waiver prior to paddling.

We’ll take care of the boats, paddles, PFDs and safety kits. But you should bring:

• a bottle of water and snack
• appropriate footwear (they will get wet! no bare feet please)
• a dry set of clothing and towel (on the occasion that you capsize)
• sunscreen and a hat

It is important to dress appropriately for the weather as our demo days run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, such as thunder and lightning or extreme wind, the event will be cancelled and rescheduled.
