Return Policy

We accept returns. Items can be returned because they are unsatisfactory or defective. Unsatisfactory items would include products that are the wrong colour, size, model etc. Defective items include products that have broken under normal use or have a manufacturing defect prohibiting normal use.

Unsatisfactory Items

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product for refund. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in condition to be put back on the shelf. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning the item. Items shipped requiring customs payments or COD will be refused.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges on internet purchases. If approved a refund will be processed and you can put an order in for another item.

Defective Items

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty time periods vary in length and don’t cover normal wear and tear. If you believe your item is defective please contact us and provide a purchase date, an explanation as to why it’s defective, and please provide photos (they truly can be worth 1000 words). We will then determine if the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product is covered you will need to return it to us at your expense. We will then send you the replacement item at no charge.
